Position Overview

The Junior Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and delivery of services to clients, managing day-to-day service operations, and supporting senior team members. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of service delivery projects, ensuring they are executed on time and meet client expectations.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, address inquiries, and provide timely updates on service progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assign and track project tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to service delivery performance, preparing reports for senior staff.
  • Document workflows, service requests, and project updates, maintaining accurate records in company systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic service issues, escalating more complex problems to senior coordinators or technical teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying potential areas for enhancement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in service coordination, project support, customer service, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Basic understanding of project coordination, service delivery processes, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
