Position Overview

The Lead Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing service delivery processes, leading a team of coordinators, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of service performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and optimize the planning, coordination, and execution of service delivery projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for high-impact client engagements, addressing escalated concerns and driving strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical staff, and customer success managers, to enhance service delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Manage client relationships, building trust and ensuring long-term partnerships through exceptional service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in service coordination, project management, or related fields, with extensive experience in leading teams and complex projects.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving service excellence and innovation.
  • Expertise in service delivery processes, process optimization, and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, CRM systems, and related software.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
